How to Get to Laguna Miramar?

First Stage: Arrival in the Region
To reach this wonderful place, on the first day, you must travel to the reception points according to your location:

Day 1: Start of the Adventure
We begin the journey with transportation to the community of Emiliano Zapata. The travel time may vary depending on your starting point. Upon arrival, you will check in at the cabin and enjoy a delicious meal at Don Guadalupe's house. The rest of the afternoon will be free to explore the community and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Day 2: Exploration of the Lagoon
Get ready for an exciting day. We leave at 6:00 am from the cabin towards Miramar. We will hike 5 kilometers, which will take approximately an hour and a half. During the hike, you will be able to appreciate the singing of the region's birds, accompanied by a local guide.
Once you arrive at the lagoon, you will enjoy a light breakfast that will give you energy for the tour. During the visit, you will see the following attractions:
- Turtle Cave
- Mayal God
- Water God
- Viewing Point
- The three islands of this beautiful place
In the afternoon, you will have free time to enjoy the lagoon's waves and the silence of the night, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in this paradise within the Lacandon jungle.
Day 3: Enriching Return
On the last day, we will leave at 7:00 am from Laguna Miramar to Emiliano Zapata, where you can stop for breakfast before starting your return journey. Take this opportunity to learn more about this extraordinary place in Chiapas.
