Detailed Description

Starting point: Palenque.

Final destination: San Cristóbal de las Casas

We depart at 8:00 a.m. towards the Palenque Archaeological Zone, a historic site of great relevance to Maya culture. In this magical place, you will have the opportunity to admire the archaeological remains and immerse yourself in the cultural and natural richness of this ancient civilization. We will have approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to explore, learn about the history of the region, and capture photographs that immortalize your experience.

Afterwards, we will continue our journey to the Misol-Ha Waterfalls, where we will witness an impressive 50-meter high waterfall. This place is ideal for refreshing yourself, taking a breath while enjoying a light walk along the path that surrounds the waterfall.

A 50-minute break will be assigned for exploration activities, landscape contemplation, and appreciation of the ecosystem of this highly valuable geotouristic natural resource. 

Finally, we will visit the Agua Azul Waterfalls, a natural phenomenon that dazzles with its incredible turquoise color. Here, we will take a walk along the paths that surround these majestic waterfalls, eager to discover the wonders offered by the local flora and fauna. You will observe how this natural resource creates an impressive spectacle that awakens the senses. We will have enough time, approximately 2 and a half hours, to explore, take a refreshing swim, and enjoy a picnic if you wish.

To conclude the day, you will be transported back to the charming city of San Cristóbal de las Casas, a place full of history, culture, and traditions that will take you through time. Here, you can enjoy its colorful streets, explore artisan workshops, and taste local delicacies.
